I want to be able to attached media and also deeplink to products or pages on the app

Most products have a barcode already. It will be easier for you to scan for some product using your phone camera to see whether it's in stock or not, and be able to update the stock quantity directly there.

The ability to limit site access to approved members with login credentials would allow Mobilzer to be used for types of sites that it cannot currently accommodate. Ideally sites could offer some content that is publicly accessible with other content restricted to those with accounts (with site owners having the option to moderate who has access).
